Payment Policies:
To be eligible to withdraw, you have to inform us officially throw one of our official email or WhatsApp otherwise in not consider official and we can’t refund or exchange.

If the trainee withdraws in the 24 hours before the course start date, we only refund 50% deducted from it the transfer commission and the broker’s commission.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If HM-trust cancel the course for any reason a full not deducted refund to the trainee, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
